You

It has been said that the closer you come to the paradox, the closer you come to the 'truth'.   Life has shown this to me over and over again.  As I pay deeper attention to the 'inside' (my awareness, my heart, my patterns), the outside seems to change dramatically, though it seems I was going in the opposite direction.   The deeper I go down this path of transformation, the more fast and furious come both synchronicities & chaos, clarity & complete unknowing,  wider opening & stronger focus — a smorgasbord of paradox.   The deepest one that has caught my attention so far, lies at the Heart of this Ancient Lineage:   Imagine for a moment that even though you are too small to imagine compared with the size of the Universe, you are also the Center of all that you can perceive.  Insignificant AND Powerful beyond measure.  From the beginning of this life, until the end, every experience is reaching you through the lens of your own perception.  You may learn and change and grow in various directions, but 'reality' is still based on your individual interpretation.  You may even give your perception over to another belief-system:  a doctrine, religion, scientific facts, spiritual teachers, governments, parents, partners or children, yet still, in each moment, you remain at the center of your perceptive field.  If your learned belief systems live at the center of your reality, you will be seeing the world with preconceived parameters and forgone conclusions.  As we peel away this old patterning, the world changes.  We are free to relate to each potent moment as it arises.  The mundane becomes a brand new adventure.  Possibilities arise that you had never dreamed of.  As you free your perceptive field, you free worlds of experience to open, and awaken in the mother of all paradox:  At the Center, lies Infinity.
