About this Training
This 10-Day Retreat is open to both new as well as previous participants.
Ke Ala Hōkū — The Pathway to The Stars offers an opening to the Sacred in our own cells. Lineage of Light Retreats offer a profound shift in perspective that will bring you into deeper contact with Life and awaken a Source of Intelligence that emerges naturally from our embodied experience.
The work brings us a new freedom from old patterns & conditioning, and opens new neural pathways in our perceptions of ourselves, the body and the world around us.
You will go through a series of exercises and practices designed to gently shift awareness and deepen sensitivities, bringing physical, mental, emotional & spiritual aspects into coherence. In this Resonance, we will approach the bodywork of Ancient Lomi Lomi or Lomi Ke Ala HōKū.
*Participants will be required to be completely off of phone and internet for the duration of the Retreat.
About Your Facilitator
Jody Mountain is a dancer, choreographer and teacher with over 30 years experience in various forms of movement dynamics and healing modalities. Since 1989, she has been studying, practicing and teaching the art of Ancient Lomi Lomi and it's foundations in Ancient Hawaiian Wisdom. Jody has studied with Kahu Abraham Kawa'i, Aua'ia, Maka'i'ole, Uliama and brings forward the teaching of this lineage. Jody also practices and facilitates Core & Cellular Healing — a modern form of Ancient Hawaiian Ho'oponopono. She is a licensed massage therapist and teacher in the state of Hawai'i, and has dedicated her life to sharing the depth and vibrancy of this profound work with others as a vehicle for awakened consciousness.

Retreat Location
Our Retreat will be held at Mucklagh Lodge Retreat, a Centre nestled in nature. Mucklagh Lodge is nestled in the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains.
It is located in Wicklow County and can be reached by car or via train and taxi. The closest airport to arrive and depart is: Dublin. There will be a transport option from Dublin Airport for an extra fee if needed. If you choose to rent a car, please note that you will not need it for the duration of the Retreat.
If you are arriving from overseas, it is recommended that you arrive at least a day or two prior so that you can be rested from travel to begin. It can also be helpful to delay plane travel for at least a day or two after the Retreat for integration. However, these are just suggestions for your optimum experience.

Post-Retreat Options:
If you would like to stay at Mucklagh Lodge after the Retreat, you are welcome to stay at a charge of €50 per person per night, for up to 3 nights. Paid in cash on arrival.

*Please arrive at the Facility by 1p.m. to complete Registration and settle into your room.
We will finish on Friday, June 5, 2026 at approximately 3pm.
If you have to leave on the final day, please book any outgoing flights to depart after 9p.m.

The Lodge is set in the verdant foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, equipped with bright, spacious accommodations and the peace of nature found deep in the countryside. This setting helps us in dropping into the attention needed to support the work of cultivating our cellular connection with Life!
Please note that shared accommodation only is available. You may choose the number sharing below.
Men and women are designated to different rooms as much as possible.
Food
We are thrilled to have Master Chef Nicky Halliday, passionate and qualified Nutritional Therapist and Natural Chef cater our Retreat. Meals are freshly prepared from local, seasonal, organic produce. As much as possible will be sourced from the organic gardens onsite. Our Chef’s commitment is to the most nourishing and delicious food possible to support the process.
We will enjoy vegan and vegetarian fare with the exception of eggs. We are happy to adjust the food preparation to accommodate any allergies.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Ireland Retreat
Do I need prior Lomi Lomi experience to attend?
No. This retreat welcomes both new and returning participants who feel called to immersive, lineage-based embodied work. Curiosity and presence are the most important prerequisites.
Is this retreat suitable for international participants?
Yes. The retreat is held in English and participants from around the world are welcomed. Transportation arrangements from Dublin can be supported if needed.
How is this training different from other Lomi Lomi workshops?
This retreat approaches Lomi Lomi as a living lineage and embodied pathway, focusing on presence, perception, coherence, and relational embodiment rather than technique alone.
