A deposit is due at registration to hold your place.
Full balance is due by the Earlybird date.
For those Registering after this date, full balance is due upon acceptance of Application.
• 8 weeks or more prior to the start date: $80 USD or equivalent.
• 6-8 weeks before the start date: 50%
• For cancellations 6 weeks or less before the start date, no refunds will be issued due to contractual obligations with the location.

After reviewing your Application, there will be an Application process which will include a call from our Workshop Coordinator to answer any questions you may have, and to brief you in more detail on the nature of the Retreat. Our Application process ensures that participants are a good 'fit' for the Retreats. Following this conversation, you will receive a confirmation via email within 10 days.
The Deposit to hold your space will be returned in full should your Application not be accepted.
Should the Workshop not take place because of insufficient participation,
or if the Workshop date has to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances,
we will immediately inform the participants and refund all deposits. All other claims are excluded.
Please note: Lineage of Light cannot be responsible for refunding Travel Costs.
Lineage of Light has final discretion regarding Workshop admissions.
Lineage of Light reserves the right to refuse entry to any applicant at our own discretion.
For the well being of the participant, undertaking a Training Retreat in any state of extreme crisis is not recommended.
